DPG Launches New Dedicated Portfolio Management Company
Dubai Properties Group, the property development arm of Dubai Holding, and master developer of world class destinations in Dubai including Business Bay, DUBAILAND, The Walk at JBR and Culture Village, has announced the establishment of Masat, a new dedicated portfolio management company responsible for overseeing and managing DPG ’s BTL (built to lease) portfolio across its destinations and districts. Masat will join Dubai Properties (DP) and Ejadah as one of three independent companies under the newly formed DPG holding company.

New Regulation Makes Completion of Additional Credit Hours Mandatory for GCC Students
The region’s premier council on higher education now requires undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students across the GCC countries to complete additional credit hours. The ruling is effective not only for the region’s domestic institutions, but also internationally based degree-awarding establishments. According to this new directive, all students - including local, expat and transfer – will now be required to complete additional credit hours before they can be awarded the degrees they have enrolled for.
