Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority, RTA, has extended warm congratulations to HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, marking 12th anniversary of His Highness's accession as the Ruler of Dubai. Al Tayer expressed his gratitude and appreciation for His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his decision to dedicate this occasion to giving thanks to another royal; Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, for his efforts in supporting the development process taking place in the United Arab Emirates, as this initiative is an extension of His Highness's creative initiatives.
