ADS Securities, the Middle East's leading independent forex trading services company has announced thatIskandar
Najjar, the former CEO of Alpari ME has joined the company. He will be Managing Director of theMiddle East, reporting into ADS Securities Executive MD, Philippe Ghanem. His role will include developing institutional and retail sales in the region and leading on the company's rapidly expanding global
retail business.

Mr Najjar started his career as a financial advisor working for Barclays bank in the UK; he then moved to work in the FX Industry becoming COO of ACM Dubai before moving to Alpari ME. At Alpari he established the company in the region, building the business structures and developing both institutional and retail sales. Â He holds a BA in Business Economics fromManchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Finance from Leeds Business School and an MBA from the London Business School.
Talking about his new role Mr Najjar said: "ADS Securities is only three years old and already a brand which is known throughout the industry. I believe that in a very short period of time ADS Securities will be a global
leader in online trading and I wanted to be part of and contribute to this growth."
The move to employ a sales-focused MD for the MENA region is part of ADS Securities' strategy to improve customer service and deliver excellence. Heads of Sales will be located in each of the main markets, reporting into regional Managing Directors, putting them closer to their customers. They will implement a globally developed sales strategy which is then tailored to the needs of the regional clients and the different regulatory environments.
Mr Najjar will be based in ADS Securities Abu Dhabi Head Office and will be a member of the company's management committee.
