NQA Showcases Its Strategic Role At NAJAH Exhibition |

The National Qualifications Authority (NQA) will participate in the 8th NAJAH Education, Training and Careers Fair 2014 to be held from 28-30 October at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC). The annual Exhibition will showcase NQA’s strategic role in promoting UAE’s education and training outcomes to ably meet the requirements of labor market, introduce to the public the National Qualifications Framework and its associated policies which aim to achieve mutual recognition of UAE qualifications at the national and international levels, and shed light on the concept of National Occupational Skills Standards and their importance in developing highly skilled national workforce. “We are delighted to have The National Qualifications Authority onboard for this edition of NAJAH, and are pleased to have them use this as a platform to launch their National Qualifications Framework initiative. Their participation will give our visitors the opportunity to learn first-hand about the different courses Abu Dhabi has to offer, and how to go about ensuring they seek out the highest quality institutes possible.” said Khurram Saeed, Exhibition Director, NAJAH. His Excellency Dr Thani Almehairi, Director General of NQA, said that NQA Pavilion will make known to wider categories of UAE public, nationals and expatriates alike, the vital strategic role NQA plays in building highly educated and skilled national manpower that will take part in achieving the country’s 2021 Vision and those of the emirates such as Abu Dhabi’s 2030. |
