From the Christmas family brunch at the relaxed Northern Italian restaurant Aqua, to a refined seven-course set menu at Catalan for New Year’s Eve, Rosewood Abu Dhabi will add a fresh twist to festive celebrations.
AQUA
With panoramic views from the stunning waterfront terrace, Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Northern Italian restaurant, Aqua, will offer a family-oriented Thanksgiving brunch on November 28. The mouth-watering buffet will include dishes such as Roasted Turkey, Pumpkin Pie, and Mash Potatoes with Gravy and Cranberry sauce. Price: AED 250++ pp including soft drinks, AED 350++ pp including grape and AED 500++ pp including French bubbly.
On Christmas Eve, Aqua will reveal a festive set menu blending contemporary flavours and classic Italian fare alongside a delicious dessert buffet. Price: AED 350++ pp including soft drinks, AED 450++ pp including grape, AED 550++ pp including French bubbly, AED 125++ for children between ages of 6-12, whilst children between the ages of 0-5 can dine for free.
On Christmas Day, Aqua will cater to all tastes offering a Christmas family brunch and a Christmas Classics Buffet between 12 pm to 4 pm. AED 350 ++ pp including soft drinks, AED 450++ including grape and AED 550++ pp including French bubbly. Aqua will also be serving its a la carte menu on Christmas Day.
On the 26th of December, Aqua will host ‘Mia Grande Famiglia’, a family style Italian lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Price: AED 450++ pp including grape, AED 550++ pp including French bubbly, AED 125++ for children between ages of 6-12 and children between the ages of 0-5 can dine for free. Aqua will also be serving its a la carte menu at night for guests to have a variety of options to choose from.
New Year’s Eve will see Aqua hosting a stylish Gala Dinner with a delectable Dessert Buffet for AED 395++ pp including soft drinks and AED 650 ++ pp including grape.
On New Year’s Day, Aqua will offer a family brunch with a ‘Bloody Mary Station’ for AED 395++ pp including soft drinks and AED 650 ++ pp including grape. A special ‘Rosebuds Brunch’ for the little ones will also be available in a separate room, which will be overseen by a Rosebuds attendant as well as one of Aqua’s chefs. Children will be supplied with a chef hat and a jacket and will be involved in cookie decorating activities to complement their dining experience.
On the 2nd of January, Aqua will host a ‘Mia Grande Famiglia’ family brunch from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for AED 250++ pp including soft drinks, AED 350++ pp including grape, AED 125++ for children between ages of 6-12. Children between the ages of 0-5 can dine for free.
SPICE MELA
From the 18th to the 30th of December, Spice Mela, the hotel’s Pan-Indian fine dining restaurant, winner of Favourite Indian Restaurant at What’s On Abu Dhabi Awards 2014 and Abu Dhabi’s leading restaurant according to popular travel website TripAdvisor®, will unveil a seasonal tasting menu for AED 295 ++ pp. Spice Mela will also serve its a la carte menu alongside its seasonal tasting menu for an exotic New Year’s Eve.
CATALAN
From the 18th to the 30th of December, Abu Dhabi’s fine dining Catalonian restaurant, Catalan, will unveil a seasonal tasting menu for AED 395++ pp.
On New Year’s Eve, guests can make their way to a pre-dinner reception at the hotel’s sophisticated cellar, La Cava, for a selection of tapas and grape followed by a seven-course set menu at Catalan and a glass of French bubbly at Glo. Prices are AED 595++ pp for the set menu and AED 890++ pp including grape.
SAMBUSEK
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Sambusek will serve its delectable a la carte menu to offer visitors a unique gourmet experience.
On New Year’s Eve, Sambusek will unveil a festive set-menu from 8:30 p.m. for AED 495++ pp including soft drinks and AED 795++ pp including grape. Sambusek will also feature a belly dancer alongside a live DJ show to capture the true spirit of New Year’s Eve. A shawerma station will also be available post-midnight for guests to experience a taste of Lebanon’s authentic cuisine.
GLO
On New Year’s Eve, guests can make their way to Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s glamorous open-air lounge, Glo, after dinner for a glass of French bubbly and join the hotel’s New Year’s Eve Countdown from 9 p.m. “Step In. Stand Out to 2015”, which will also feature a live DJ show.
MAJLIS AND HIDDEN BAR
From the 7th 30th of December, guests can enjoy a selection of Christmas pastries at Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Majlis and a festive afternoon tea at AED 120++ pp. From the 18th to the 30th of December, festive libations will also be made available to celebrate the upcoming festive season.
