Bloom Properties Updates Investors On Construction Progress Of Key Abu Dhabi, Dubai Developments

Developer showcases prestige projects at Cityscape Global 2017 in Dubai

Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding business specializing in the development of integrated and sustainable communities, is marking an impactful participation at the 16th edition of Cityscape Global 2017, providing investors, home buyers and visitors at the definitive exhibition with construction updates on its diverse range of developments in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The construction of Bloom Heights, the developer’s project in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle, has advanced significantly, with work proceeding on the main towers. Bloom Heights will comprise a total of 686 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Scheduled for completion in Q2 2019, the development benefits from easy access to the city’s full network of major roads.

Bloom Holding also confirmed that its enabling works contractor is now mobilizing the construction operations at the site of Bloom Towers, a development announced at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017. The residential project, also located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle, will consist of 944 units featuring elegant contemporary design, with 689 studios and one-bedroom apartments allocated for sale at prices starting from AED399,000.

Construction work is also progressing fast at the Park View and Soho Square projects. Taking shape in the university neighborhood of Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, both developments offer proximity to the New York University Abu Dhabi campus and other major upcoming tourist attractions.

At Park View, construction of the fourth-level floor is nearing completion with work currently being carried out on the vertical superstructure of the fourth level. The mixed-use development will feature a total of 207 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, and a hospitality component including 217 furnished and serviced hotel apartments.

The main works at Soho Square are well underway with the sub-structure advancing rapidly. The raft foundation is now finished, and the casting of the vertical elements has reached the first basement. Once complete, Soho Square will consist of 302 upscale residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses and a penthouse.

Meanwhile, construction of the FAYA development, the fourth phase of the Bloom Gardens master-planned community, is also progressing on target. The superstructures and finishing works for the villas and townhouses are nearing completion, with the handover of units expected to commence in December 2017 as scheduled. Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, the project comprises 132 townhomes arranged into 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters.

Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “Our participation at Cityscape Global 2017 provides us with an ideal platform to update our investors and home buyers on the construction of our developments. In addition to reaffirming our commitment to delivering all our projects on schedule and to the highest construction standards, we look forward to engaging with Cityscape visitors on opportunities to invest in our unique residential developments and our ambitious plans for the future.”
