Motivational Strategy Draws Attention Of Emirati Executives

Abu Dhabi University’s Emiratisation Forum opens tomorrow

The Emiratisation Forum, the leading Emiratisation event in the UAE, to be held on 30th May 2010 at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, is set to tackle issues relating to the retention of UAE nationals in private companies.

Focused on ‘Improving Retention by Harnessing Motivation’, the two-day forum, organised by Abu Dhabi University (ADU), is expected to present a deeper understanding of the key principles of employee motivation that lead to securing better retention rates of Emiratis in private sector organisations across the UAE. His Excellency Omar Bamadhaf, Chairman of Sundus Management Consultancy, an Abu Dhabi-based Recruitment and HR Consultancy, will deliver the forum’s opening remarks.

The forum is also focusing on strengthening the Emirati workforce within the different sectors of the economy. Hosted by Aim Events, the conference and events division of ADU, the forum is being held in the presence of top local and international expertise and decision-makers, and will feature Dr. Bob Nelson, master motivator and bestselling author who will give the keynote speech on the importance of team building with creativity and innovative thinking.
