Maximise Your Time At ADIPEC 2010 With A Personal Planner

ADIPEC 2010, the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference, has further enhanced its visitors’ experience prior to, during and after the event with the newly launched ‘MyADIPEC’. The online application is a personal planner, which allows access to floor plans, scheduled conference and event details as well as the opportunity to contact exhibitors directly.

’MyADIPEC’ allows users to search for exhibitors within their chosen industry sector, navigate the interactive floor plan, contact exhibitors for scheduled appointments at the event in advance as well as getting an exclusive look at new products entering the market. By being able to schedule meetings in advance and mapping out your route online, visitors can save themselves time and legwork at the event.

The complimentary online application allows users to create a personalised agenda for the four day event, using the ‘My Events’ calendar to organise show-related activities, including evening networking events and award ceremonies, and print a finalised floor plan which highlights the location of each meeting or event.

Following the event ‘MyADIPEC’ will remain active, so visitors and exhibitors can continue to network, and those who perhaps did not manage to meet during the show, or would like to follow up on a meeting can do so online.

ADIPEC 2010 sold out eight months in advance of the event and with over 1,600 exhibitors from 59 countries, we want to ensure that there is as much opportunity as possible for networking and real business to take place.”
