Saadiyat Beach Golf Club Appoints New General Manager |

The recently opened 72-par signature golf course- Saadiyat Beach Golf Club- designed by golfing legend Gary Player, has appointed Ray Manulat as its new General Manager in an effort to further establish itself as the region’s most unique golfing proposition. With nearly 20 years experience of golf management and a 10 year Troon Golf veteran, Manulat was formerly General Manger of the US$ 3 billion 18 hole Alpensia 700 Resort and 27 hole Robert Trent Jones Jr designed Alpensia Golf & Country Club in Korea. Manulat has now been tasked with promoting the Arabian Gulf’s first beachfront course as one of the foremost golfing destinations in the world. “My experience on a project of that size is something that I believe puts me in ‘familiar territory’ for this new position and the club’s role in the ambitious Saadiyat Island project being developed by the Tourism Development Investment Company (TDIC),” said Manulat.
