Baniyas Investment and Development Company (BID) – the investment arm of Baniyas Sports Club – has announced that construction works on Phase l of Bawabat Al Sharq, the AED 3 billion world-class mixed-use development, have been fully completed. Baniyas Investment and Development Company aims at handing over the 56 luxurious 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas as well as the 164 modern apartments to their owners by the end of December 2010; once the infrastructure works are completed by The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City.

In his comments, Wael Tawil, Chief Executive Officer of BID, said: “Construction and delivery have always been our core values at BID and the timely delivery of Phase I of Bawabat Al Sharq is a true testament to these values.
