Grand Millennium Al Wahda Opens Its Signature Restaurant

Abu Dhabi’s newest hotel, the Grand Millennium Al Wahda, announces the opening of its signature restaurant, Toshi.

Stylish and contemporary with black and red highlights, Toshi is a quintessential Far Eastern restaurant offering fresh and innovative cuisine from around Asia.

Along with its stunning decor is an equally stunning menu. Chef Massakul and his team of Asian chefs have expertly combined their extensive knowledge of Thai, Malaysian, Japanese and Chinese flavours to create a modern take on traditional favourites.

The result is an elegantly simple menu offering unforgettable dishes such as Lobster Al Wahda, Toshi’s blend of coconut curry with sunchoke; and Tofu Al Wahda- cashew nuts, chili, peanut butter, taro crackers and Pacific sauce.

The focal point of the restaurant, however, is the visually appealing Teppanyaki station with skilled chefs cooking fresh seafood, meat and vegetables.

“At Toshi we feel it’s important to offer our guests fresh ingredients, superb food and innovative dishes without compromising on exceptional service and world-class cuisine,” said Michael Sorgenfrey general manager Grand Millennium Al Wahda. “The excellence in service delivered by the Asian team is highlighted by their skill in pairing this exciting food with a wide selection of speciality Asian beverages”

Toshi is open daily for dinner from 7pm to 10.30 pm.

The Grand Millennium Al Wahda, which opened its doors last month, is the city’s largest hotel with 850 rooms and apartments.
