New subscribers can win Blackberry phones, laptops and air tickets
Emirates Post has launched a two-month campaign to highlight the advantages of having one’s own private P.O. Boxes, instead of using company mail boxes for receiving their personal mail.
The core message of the campaign is that people who receive their mail through a company mail box could face the dangers of their mail being read by other people, and confidential information and bank and credit card information being open to office colleagues.
Individuals can subscribe to new private P.O. Boxes at any post office in an area of one’s choice, for an annual fee of Dh. 200, and a one-time subscription fee of Dh. 50.
As part of the campaign, subscribers can win exciting prizes like Blackberry phones, laptops and Air Arabia tickets if applications are submitted between March 28 and May 28, 2010.
“Emirates Post’s private P.O. Box service assures privacy and confidentiality of mail,” said Ibrahim Bin Karam, CEO, Emirates Post. “The advantages of having a private P.O. Box are many. Subscribers can be sure that all their mail is safely deposited in their P.O. Box. There is no chance of any missing mail. They can access their mail 24 hours a day.”
Under the new campaign, names of all new subscribers will be automatically entered into the monthly electronic draw. Winners will be informed by phone.
Application forms for a private P.O. Box can be collected from any post office and submitted along with a Passport Copy with UAE Residence Visa copy and two passport size photographs. P.O. Boxes are available in all post offices in the UAE. More details can be obtained by calling the call centre 600 5 99999 or visiting www.emiratespost.ae.
