Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan visited today Government Accelerators headquarters and Services 1 Center Located at Emirates Tower in Dubai.
The Government Accelerators is a new government mechanism that aims to accelerate the achievement of the national agenda’s goals, and the strategic projects of the government, as well as efficiently treating all urgent government issues. The Government Accelerators targets 80 government projects and programs. Meanwhile, the Future Center of Federal Government Services or Services 1 offers unprecedented personal services to customers, as it encompasses 14 government entities in one-stop shop.
Their Highnesses stressed the importance of integrating government services and developing it as top national priority, and an important step to make the UAE the best place for living and investing. “Today Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and I visited two future-shaping Emirati initiatives: the Government Accelerators and Services 1,” Sheikh Mohammed said. “These two innovative centres are shaping the future. We will work together to push the boundaries and define the achievements of our time,” His Highness added. Sheikh Mohammed said that the UAE will do whatever it takes to achieve the ambitions of its people.
Meanwhile, HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed said that the UAE vision focuses on the quality and efficiency of its human capital, as it is key to achieve the objectives and future ambitions of the UAE government.
The visit was attended by Dubai Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Future, H.E. Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of State for Happiness H.E. Ohoud Al Roumi, and Undersecretary of the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, H.E. Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei.
