Dubai Customs’ Training Center launched its summer training program for local school and college students under the motto “A Summer of Giving”. The training will last until 8 August for 4 weeks.
The program will help enhance local competencies and hone skills of young Emirati youths to be up to the current market challenges and demands.
Khalid Al Ali, Senior training specialist, who received the trainees, said the main objective is to help 40 Emirati school and college students, sons and daughters of Dubai Customs staff to learn the best skills and customs knowledge thus preparing them for a future work in customs field. Students will be trained on customs inspection, declarations, HR, customs tariff and client service, plus instilling in them the values of giving and selflessness.
