Dubai Propertiesis proud to hosttheannual Dragon Boat Race at Marasi Business Bay from 9-10 February. The 11th edition of the popular water sport race will welcome an estimated 5,000 spectators and over 1,500 participants across 75 teams. The 2018 edition of the race promises to be the biggest yet! Visitors and fans attending the racewill be treatedto great views of the action along the Marasi Promenade.The city’s newest marina at Marasi Business Bay will be decorated in celebration of the Chinese New Year and featurefamily activities, entertainment, a live DJ and Dubai’s best food trucks throughout the weekend. Listing Information DP Dragon Boat Race DATE 9 – 10 February, 2018 TIME Friday, 9 February – 08:00 until 17:30 Saturday, 10 February – 09:00 until 17:00 LOCATION MarasiMarina, Business Bay PUBLIC ENTRY FREE Team Entry Fees: Corporate and social teams: AED10,000 Schools and universities: AED2,500 Individual participants: AED500 Participating teams will be provided with a dragon boat and all necessary equipment on day of race. Teams will also receive two dedicated training sessions with an International Dragon Boat coach. Race participation is for 20 team members per boat, with a maximum of 16 males on a team.
