The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 7.1 billion in total during the week ending 11 November 2021. The sum of transactions was 1,964. 172 plots were sold for AED 1.43 billion, 1,275 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.59 billion. The top three transactions were a land in Me'Aisem First sold for AED 232.51 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 140.35 million in Me'Aisem First, and a land sold for AED 232.51 million in Me'Aisem First in third place.
