Liberty Automobiles To Unveil 4 All-New 2013 Models At 11Th Sharjah International Automobiles Show

Separate stands will showcase Cadillac, Chevrolet, Opel and Liberty’s specialized brands

Liberty Automobiles will be showcasing its diversified portfolio of automobile brands on four stands at the 11th International Automobiles Show at Sharjah Expo Center from November 28 to December 1, 2012.

The four stands will display products of well-known automobile brands Cadillac, Chevrolet and Opel, as well as the expanded product line of Liberty Automobiles as a leading player in the UAE automotive market for over 35 years.

In addition, we will be using the event as a platform to unveil several all-new vehicles.”

The Cadillac stand will display the all-new Cadillac XTS and the all-new Cadillac ATS, both of which will be unveiled during the official opening. In addition, this stand will also feature Cadillac SRX, Cadillac CTS-V and Cadillac Escalade.

The all-new 2013 Cadillac XTS luxury sedan, the most technologically advanced production car in the brand’s history, expands and elevates the Cadillac portfolio. It marks the debut of Cadillac User Experience (CUE) -- Cadillac’s breakthrough in-vehicle facility for control and connectivity. The fully equipped Platinum collection of the XTS is only offered in the Middle East and it represents the highest level of technology and luxury, including a unique front appearance, wheels and interior colors, materials and trim.

The 2013 Cadillac ATS is an all-new compact luxury sports sedan designed to challenge the world’s best premium cars. It has been hailed as a new expression of Cadillac’s Art & Science execution philosophy, built on a foundation of driving dynamics and mass efficiency. It is the most agile and lightweight Cadillac, with one of the lowest curb weights in the segment - less than 3,400 pounds (1,542 kg).

The Chevrolet stand will showcase the new Sonic, Cruze, Malibu and Traverse models. In addition, there will be a grand launch of the all-new Chevrolet Trailblazer and the all-new Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.

The 4x4 Trailblazer combines the hauling and towing capability of a body-on-frame SUV with the ride comfort and efficiency of a crossover. Inside, it features pioneering interior space and intuitive three-row tumble and fold-flat seating.

The new Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, the most technically advanced car ever developed in its class, is making its debut in the Middle East market, and continues the momentum of Camaro, propelling it into an entirely new realm of leading-edge performance technology. Powered by a supercharged V-8 engine producing 580-horsepower, the Camaro ZL1 is the fastest Camaro ever offered by Chevrolet.

At the Opel stand Liberty Automobiles will unveil the 2013 models of Opel which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year. The lineup includes the sporty Opel Corsa, the sculptured Opel Astra, the classy Opel Insignia and the elegant Opel Meriva. In addition, there will be on display the OPC models, which represent the high-performance vehicles in the Opel range.

The fourth Liberty stand will display other brands and special purpose vehicles, which include the KAWASAKI range of bikes, quads and jet-skis; the customized, high-performance vehicle WAZUMA from LAZARETH Automotive; the FIREBREATHER - a stunning high-performance car and other special purpose vehicles from VPG.
