MoI Obtains Best Creative Strategy Award











In a ceremony held at Westin Hotel in Dubai, Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior received the Best Creative Strategy Award. The Award, presented by an international specialized research company was awarded to the Ministry of the Interior.
The Secretary-General emphasized that this achievement embodies the directives of Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and stems out of the abiding faith in the Ministry of Interior’svision to ensure that the Emirate of Abu Dhabi remains a community enjoying security andsafety, by providing high-qualitypolice servicesto citizens, residentsandvisitors of the emirate. He pointed out that quality safety and securityhas becomea prerequisitein the world, to achieve a safer, secure and prosperous life for everyone living in the UAE.

Al Nuaimi continued: “For the Ministry of Interior and several authorities and institutions, the concept of quality and excellence has become an objective for which they seek to implement local and international specifications and standards. This effort is often rewarded with certifications and awards that identify their level of compliance with the aforementioned specifications and standards.”

Major General Al Nuaimi reiterated the tireless efforts exerted to attain leadership and excellence and achieve the ministry’s future goals, by implementing international-best practices in this regard. He also pointed out that this is an important factor to lead the vision forward to fruition, and empower us to face the challenges and changes taking place in the region. “This philosophy can be achieved by adopting working methodologies and advanced plans to provide the best security services, guaranteed to win the trust of community members,” he added.

Moreover, Al Nuaimi noted that strategic goals are attained according to a development methodology, based on analyzing the challenges and status of these strategic goals, with a view to come up with the appropriate recommendations pertaining to each sector. “Strategic planning as a continuous process is instrumental in enhancing efforts to identify the positive targets we all aspire to attain, according to a methodic and scientific vision to achieve excellent results,” he said.

Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi continued: “We take pride in the Ministry of Interior’s achievements on both the local and international levels. We also hope to attain more achievements, with the aim of providing comprehensive services commensurate with the needs of the times, capable of overcoming the challenges and developments of the future, through teamwork and cooperation.”

The Ministry of Interior had received last week the Platinum Certificate from Ideas UK for its Institutional Suggestions System.

It is noteworthy that this award is presented annually by the specialized international research entity as an acknowledgement for the most prestigious institutions in customer service at the countrywide level. The event is part of the Customer Service Week, held periodically in Dubai.
