Emirates Motor Company (EMC), Mercedes-Benz general distributors for Daimler Middle East & Levant (DMEL) and a member of Al Fahim Group, today announced it is launching a new user-friendly transportation service for the convenience of its loyal customers.
EMC will be the first and only car dealership in the UAE to offer a courtesy minibus service from select destinations in Abu Dhabi to the new Mussafah facility. Complementary services with a scheduled timetable will also be in operation. Should the customer prefer to travel alone into the city, limousine taxis will be provided.
Furthermore, Mercedes-Benz ’car-for-a-day’ rentals at competitive rates will also be offered to customers wanting to maintain total mobility while their car is in for regular maintenance or repair.

We understand our customers’ varying requirements and seek to offer services that will make their visit to our service centre tailored to their requirements.
"We recently unveiled plans for establishing the world’s largest Mercedes-Benz facility in Abu Dhabi worth more than AED200 million, and our new range of premium services will complement our profile as one of the most prominent service providers in the region."
In addition to the transportation options, EMC is also offering a ’While you Wait’ service option, including a special lounge with free internet access, a coffee shop and a children’s play area to ensure added value to customers while awaiting the completion of express service jobs on their vehicles. To be offered Saturday through Thursday, the express service can be pre-booked with a guaranteed turnaround time, depending on the type of job to be performed.

It also ensures our priority in creating a welcoming ambience at our facility as part of our endeavour to make every visit a pleasant experience."
Founded by the late Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, EMC on the Airport Road was the first establishment for Al Fahim Group that has continuously expanded over the years to accommodate the growing business. With the new facility set to become the world’s largest mixed use Mercedes-Benz operations centre, EMC is poised to become one of the most prominent Mercedes-Benz distributors globally.
