Burooj Properties To Deliver Two Projects Ahead Of Schedule











Burooj Properties, the real estate arm of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) and developer of realty projects in the UAE and larger Middle East, announced today that two of its projects which are under development in Abu Dhabi are progressing rapidly and project delivery is expected to take place by end 2009, ahead of the previously scheduled date in mid 2010. Al Ghurm Gardens, comprising 80-villas each spanning over 4,124 square feet near Al Bateen Airport Area and Burooj Views, a 40-storey residential tower at the entrance of Al Reem Island, are the two projects set for project delivery this year. The announcement was made ahead of the company’s participation at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2009, one of the region’s leading realty shows, being held at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center from 19-22 April. The event showcases leading local, regional and international companies exhibiting their projects and a large visitor turnout is expected. Burooj Properties will use its presence at Cityscape to highlight its current projects being developed in the UAE. In addition, the company has special offers through ADIB and Al Hilal Bank that will provide visitors a financing option up to 85% of the cost of the residential units. Mr. Adel Ahmed Al Zarouni, Managing Director of Burooj Properties, stated that the company is moving steadily ahead to accomplish all its projects.
