Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi Introduces DC Super Hero Saturday

Break out a dance, play some amazing games and dress up like your favorite DC Super Heroes

Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi is giving guests the opportunity to become a Super Hero for a day with a brand-new event series; DC Super Hero Saturday. Taking place every Saturday starting from February 08 until April 04, fans will be able to stand alongside some of their favorite iconic characters such as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. Guests can expect an adventure-packed day revolving around the park’s DC Super Heroes featuring an exciting array of themed activities.

Commenting on the launch of DC Super Hero Saturday, Don Strickler, General Manager at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi said: “At Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi – there are always new stories to discover, and exciting adventures to be lived. Following a very successful Batman Day where we welcomed guests of all ages to celebrate The Caped Crusader, we are thrilled to give fans a chance to transport themselves into the worlds of their favorite DC Super Heroes. We look forward to welcoming families with our special surprises and activities every DC Super Hero Saturday.”

To kick off the exciting event, guests entering the theme park will be treated to a live performance, as a DJ spins the latest tunes to set the tone for a heroic day. With a line-up of exciting activities, budding vigilantes are bound to enjoy the Metropolis trivia and games at Civic Auditorium. The Park Ridge Market will have special packages available for adults and kids to take their pick from a wide collection of capes so everyone can take part in the costume competition.

Throughout the nine-week series, DC Super Heroes will be available for photos and to pass along words of wisdom to the heroes-to-be. A glow in the dark dance party also awaits all guests as the beats flow throughout the Warner Bros. Plaza. Annual pass holders will have access to exclusive glow-in-the-dark merchandise to light up the dark dance floor.

Super heroes’ fans can satisfy their hunger by enjoying a special meal fit for champions at Big Belly Burger, or better yet get special treat with Justice League Cake-Pops in Beverly Hills Boulangerie. Heroes looking to kick back with a hot beverage needn’t look further than Jitters Coffee & Snacks, the perfect spot for a break and some baked delights.
