The Apple watchOS 7 became available to download on September 16 2020. On November 5, Apple released an update on Watch OS 7.1. In September of 2020, Apple and Nike introduced a watch that has several Nike specific features. Since the announcement, both stock prices have rallied. New Features on the Apple Watch IOS7 The IOS7 has several new software features. Photos on the face of the phone can be changed and shared. It also can add a color filter. These new features help you see complications and text on top of the image, providing you choose an appropriate color. Users of the Apple Watch will be able to share their configurations on the watch face. If you want the watch-face that a friend has configured, you can share it via a URL or message. You Can Use Apple Maps on Your Watch While you are running or cycling, you can use Apple Maps for turn-by-turn directions. One of the key new features is the ability to configure Maps' path to avoid specific areas. If you are a cyclist and want to avoid stares altogether, you will have that capability. This feature is not available everywhere but in many major cities like New York and Shanghai . The Fitness App The Activity app on the watch has been rebranded. It is now referred to as the Fitness app in watchOS 7, and works in conjunction with the new version in iOS 14 on the phone. The software update will bring Dance tracking, including Bollywood, Cardio dance, Hip-hop and Latin dance, and workout tracking to the watch. Winding Down The ability to calm down has been a focus during the pandemic. New apps such as Calm have seen robust success during this new normal. The new Wind Down mode is also in watchOS 7 as part of the Sleep app. You can do things like snooze notifications, open meditation apps, or turn on a music playlist. Blood Oxygen measurement The spread of the coronavirus created sickness and death that has spread throughout the globe. Initially, doctors thought that COVID-19 was a respiratory disease, but it became clear that it is a circulatory disease over time. The virus sucks oxygen out of your blood, and it is important that if you get COVID-19, you monitor your oxygen levels. Another new feature, released with the watchOS 7 is that it measures the oxygen content in your blood via the heart monitor. This new feature could be very important for some, as the measurement would indicate whether the wearer is in danger of cardiac arrest or potential respiratory problems. Nike Apple Watch The latest Series 6 Nike Edition of the Apple Watches is the standard Apple Watch Series 6, but it features redesigned Nike watch faces and Nike-designed Apple Watch Sport bands. Apple Watch Nike comes with the Nike Run Club app. The face of the watch is customizable with modular complications. The watch has a Nike Twilight Mode, allowing for excellent functionality when it's dusk. The focus of the Apple watch with the Nike app is your workouts.The watch will measure everything from pace and cadence to Streaks and Featured Runs. Apple teamed up with Nike to make a version of the Apple Watch meant for runners. The goal was to offer a strap design and slightly different Watch Faces to make it easier for runners to use the watch. Are the Features Different from the Nike Apple Watch? The Apple Nike watch has the same features found in the Apple Watch Series 6 or SE, such as a built-in GPS, a waterproof design, and 40mm and 44mm watch case options.
