G42 Cloud, Tahaluf Al Emarat To Accelerate Application Modernisation Initiatives |

G42 Cloud, a subsidiary of G42, a UAE based Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing provider, and Tahaluf Al Emarat have announced a collaboration to provide next-generation applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) to enterprises and government entities in the UAE and across key International markets. G42 Cloud and Tahaluf Al Emarat - a UAE based solution provider focused on application transformations - aim to provide secure and reliable SaaS solutions to enterprises and government entities in the areas of the process as well as content and people management, including "Maestro", Tahaluf's low-code/ no-code business automation platform. The cooperation will enable parties to leverage the full power of both platforms, driving innovation and building intelligent, state of the art customer applications. This further aims to improve organisations' and governments' productivity, focusing on their customers and citizens not their tools. The signing ceremony took place at the MWC conference - an annual trade show dedicated primarily to the mobile communications industry - in Barcelona, Spain. It was signed by Talal Al Kaissi, CEO of G42 Cloud, and Yahia Alhami, CEO of Tahaluf Al Emarat. Commenting on the MoU signing, Alhami said that both sides will benefit from exchanging knowledge and experiences through this mutual collaboration. This MoU will help identify opportunities to cooperate and share best practices in business operations leveraging G42s cloud platform. Al Kaissi, in turn, commented, "Partnering with Tahaluf Al Emarat allows G42 Cloud to add innovative home-grown UAE solutions to our offerings on our UAE cloud and serve them to various stakeholders.
