Sahara Centre – the leading family shopping and entertainment destination in the UAE – has announced Jordanian national Ms Rabab Adnan Hassan Yasin as the lucky winner of a sporty Chevrolet Camaro as part of its unique Ramadan Promotion 2009.
In line with the festive season and in order to make every customer feel special, every shopper spending Dh200 at any outlet in Sahara Centre was entitled to enter the draw and drive off in a stylish new Chevrolet.

The 50-year-old Rabab Adnan, who has four children, said: “I am extremely surprised and delighted with this raffle win and it was totally unexpected. I had just filled one coupon and it proved lucky for me. Though I haven’t decided on what to do with the car, I might gift it to my son. This is a perfect gift after Ramadan for my family from Sahara Centre. I have lived in the UAE for 15 years now and Sahara Centre is my favourite shopping centre as it provides a perfect ambience for shopping with a wide range of brands to choose.”
As part of the Ramadan Promotion, Sahara Centre hosted a vast array of entertaining events, besides offering unbelievable bargains on various international brands across its outlets.
In an earlier promotion, 16 lucky winners at Sahara Centre had each won Dh10,000 worth of gift vouchers. The winners included 11 UAE nationals, two Syrians, one Jordanian, one Canadian and an Indian.
