Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) is participating in the 25th edition of the National Career Exhibition 2023, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry from October 17th to 19th, at the Expo Center Sharjah, under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. Empowering promising national talents and attracting qualified professionals Fadheela AL Marzouqi, Head of Human Resources at Sharjah Islamic Bank, said: " SIB is keen on annual participation in the National Career Exhibition to support the localization strategy and increase the number of citizens employed in the financial and banking sector. We aim to empower promising national talents and attract qualified professionals to join SIB and its various branches in various financial, administrative, and technical roles. This will contribute to increasing the localization rates in the financial sector, which is a key pillar in the state's plans and strategies aiming to provide decent job opportunities for citizens, and open doors for them for innovation and effective participation in serving their country and implementing the wise leadership's directives. Fadheela AL Marzouqi added: The team at the SIB's exhibition booth has started receiving applications from recent graduates and job seekers, introducing visitors to the motivating work environment provided by the bank, as well as the employment, development, and training opportunities it offers in a respectful and trustworthy atmosphere. Al Marzouqi explained that the qualitative achievements of Sharjah Islamic Bank are the result of the creative efforts of its employees and their commitment to high performance in providing services and satisfying the SIB's customers.
