Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Sharjah government, is participating in the 2024 edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES 2024), running from 17th to 20th January. The exhibition serves as a platform to showcase the organisation's prominent real estate and investment projects while fostering knowledge exchange with industry professionals, investors, and business representatives on both local and international levels. Mohammad bin Essa, Chief Asset Management Officer at Sharjah Asset Management, stated, "Our participation in ACRES is a significant step to confirm Sharjah Asset Management's role in driving economic development in the Emirate of Sharjah through partnerships with both the public and private sectors." Bin Essa continued, "This opportunity enables us to reinforce our commitment to solidify Sharjah's position as a premier real estate and investment destination globally, contributing to leadership in various fields on local, regional, and international fronts." At the exhibition, Sharjah Asset Management's platform will highlight its most notable investment and real estate projects. Among these is the Saaja Industrial Oasis project, one of the largest industrial initiatives in the region, designed to meet the growing needs of investors and residents in the Emirate.
