Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has witnessed the marriage of a young Emirati couple at the newly inaugurated 'Services 1' centre in Dubai. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed congratulated Omar Sultan Al Olama and Amal bin Shabib, who are the first couple to get married at the centre, reflecting the success of the UAE government to achieve its goal of ensuring happiness for its citizens. The marriage ceremony was conducted using the service package "Mabrook Ma Dabbrat" (transliterated from Arabic and means 'congratulations on your marriage’) which employs a smart technology in linking the centre with an official in Dubai courts to complete the marriage contract according to the Islamic Sharia and legal procedures. |
