Ayla Hotels & Resorts Management Company, part of Nael & Bin Harmal Investment Company, a leading investment group in the UAE, has announced the launch of three hotels in Al Ain City.
The first of three will be Ayla Hotel, an affordable luxury brand concept in Al Ain, with 153 luxurious rooms and suites, to be opened shortly.
Ayla Hotels and Resorts Management Company is upbeat on the hospitality industry in Al Ain, which has become a popular destination for people within the UAE and visitors from neighboring countries. The company said Ayla Hotel would be opened in the coming months, while details of the construction of the other two hotels would be announced soon.
Ayla Hotel, located in the heart of Al Ain City’s Civic Centre has a strategic position, with close proximity to the UAE University, major hospitals, shopping malls and the Al Ain International Airport. The hotel is also a mere 90 minutes’ drive from Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The five-storey hotel offers magnificent views of the city and the famous Jebel Hafeet. The hotel is tastefully furnished keeping in mind the tastes of both business and leisure travelers. It is also a part of the stylish Ayla Business Complex that will appeal to residents and visitors for their accommodation and business needs.

“Ayla Hotel has been elaborately designed keeping in mind the guests’ comforts at all levels, including a state-of-the-art gym with personal trainer and certified physiotherapist, temperature-controlled, covered roof-top swimming pool, covered car park, an all-day dining restaurant, a contemporary café and a spacious ballroom that can accommodate up to 700 people,” he added.
Mohamed Soussan, who will lead the company’s new Hospitality Division, will assume a leadership role to ensure a key focus on quality standards, superior guest experience and high operational efficiencies, while upholding the new Ayla Hotel brand’s core culture.
Born in Lebanon, Mr. Soussan has lived most of his life in the United Arab Emirates. Graduating in Hotel Management Canberra – Australia, he began his career in 1992 with the five star chain Sheraton Hotels and Resorts Abu Dhabi, progressing from the Banqueting Department to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and various positions in the Sales and Marketing Department of IHG Property in Al Ain and as an Executive Assistant Manager for Rotana Hotels in Kuwait and Abu Dhabi. Mohamed’s 18 year-experience has led him through in Food and Beverage and on to Sales and Marketing and Hotel Operation. He is a well-known face in the local and regional markets, renowned for his devotion to his clients’ needs.
